Chicago peeps, you all ready for the snow and cold?

Few inches on ground already, maybe 2 or so. Cold. Blizzard warning tonight after midnight. More snow tomorrow and ANOTHER blizzard this Wednesday. Oh yeah, and Thursday a high of -2*. Tomorrow around 12*.

Oh, did I mention that there's already a foot of snow on the ground, some sidestreets are still not plowed and NONE of the alleys ever get cleared?

Cosmin and Mo, if I don't post here for a few days it means i fell into a snow bank and can't get out. Please call for help.

Afraid? No.

I love snow but when you have to parallel park on the street every day it gets old. I can't get into the parking spot because of snow. It's too deep. All the clean spots have chairs in them. Aside from the parking issue, I love it.

Anybody on here know of a good guide (online, obviously) for singing death/black metal vocals?

it appears that having a grounded ignition trigger wire would make your car run like ass.i saw the igniter trigger and the ground connectors touching each other last night when i was checking my oil. pulled them off, cleaned off the conectors on the igniter, squeezed the wire side of the connector on the igniter good and tight and the car runs perfect. it idles so smooth it feels like the engine is off. acceleration thru the rpm range is very smooth, before it would be hesitant at small throttle angle.

funny how little things like that make such a big difference. feels like a new car again, and the exhaust doesnt rattle anymore
