THREE’S COMPANY - Autoline Daily
Ford just revamped the Fiesta ST. While the headlights, taillights and front and rear fascias have been changed, the car still looks very similar. But the real big difference is under the hood. One of the cylinders has been lopped off. The Fiesta ST now comes with a 1.5L 3-cylinder engine, which replaces the 1.6L 4-banger. Even so it pumps out nearly 200-horsepower, an amazing figure from a 3-cylinder and it hits 100 kilometers an hour or 62 MPH in 6.7-seconds. Unfortunately, the new Fiesta ST doesn’t reach showrooms until early in 2018.

Iffen I remember correctly, Bo and Luke Duke tended to be more successful at escaping from Sheriff Rosco P. Coltrane when they jumped over a river. I guess mebbe it was the fact that Canada is across the river from Detroit that kept 'em from jumping in that direction.

They put Tony's engine in a Fusion; hilarity ensued.

I heard Tony say his engine was missing, but I thought he just meant it was running rough.

If the engine in Tony's truck is missing, I imagine he would be disappointed with everything BUT the fuel usage!

The NRA Will Be Tickled Pink!

That lost 'Bullitt' Mustang found in Mexico

The car was discovered in Baja California Sur by Hugo Sanchez with no drivetrain and under a few coats of new paint. But it did have reinforced shock towers, the sort of thing you would do for a stunt car, as well as a 9-inch rear end and special vent holes for other moviemaking magic. In an ironic twist, the owner was going to turn the car into an Eleanor clone, paying homage to “Gone in 60 Seconds.” Wrong movie, buddy.

I wunce knew a guy who was always working on some kinda hunk-o-junk. I'm ashamed to say that I laughed at him when he first started working with us. I told him: "If you want an El Camino, why didn't you just go out and buy one instead of taking the rear window and trunk lid off of an Impala, laying a sheet of plywood on the floor and cuttin down the quarter panels with a sawzall"

Yanno, at least he was out there doing something. More than you can say about mosts of us. I got to be quite good friends with him over the years and either I became less critical or his projects really were getting better. I got to understand that it was all about function with him and that his perception was skewed from when he had some hard times financially. I remember that one year he bought his wife a "slightly experienced" Plymouth Breeze and let her drive it for 2 years before he went out and bought another just like it for her, but 2 years newer. He then took the first one and shortened behind the rear wheels by at least a foot and then took out 17" from behind the front seats - he was getting rid of everything he didn't need when he went out ice racing with it. Of course, he had more money into his ice racing tires than the rest of the car was worth, but it was all about function, not looks.

I miss that guy. Jonathan W from the series of videos reminds me of Ol' Pierre.

A couple on an African Safari witnessed a small antelope being chased down
by a cheetah. While the kill was about to happen before their
eyes, the husband casually remarked, "I'll bet the antelope gets away."
The wife answered, "If that antelope survives this one, I'll give you
sex every day for the rest of your life."

The deadly chase was recorded below.
