Its worthless on the stock motor. Put in some cams and exhaust work and it'd just come off when I get the motor swapped. It'd be much better to just save my money, like I have been doing, and go for the all-out swap. I think with about 300 HP at the crank it'll eat Grand Am's for lunchJackBauer wrote:x2, def. time for mods. Great thing about your car Tinton is that it's stupid easy to work on. Drop in some cams and an exhaust and see what happens.
Got my ass kicked, twice.

with 300 at the crank and something like a -800 pound weight advantage you'd eat my car up too. if you can get it all to the ground.Tinton wrote:Its worthless on the stock motor. How much does your car weigh Jomo? I thought STis were around 3000 lbs.jomotopia wrote:with 300 at the crank and something like a -800 pound weight advantage you'd eat my car up too. if you can get it all to the ground.Tinton wrote:Its worthless on the stock motor. Yeah I hope it'll get it all down to the pavement. I'd be swapping over to a 5-speed manual with a LSD. Just don't want too sticky tires with that setup, or the tranny won't last long.
