Anything that will teach a driver bad habits is in no way an improvement. Not having to work the pedals as they were originally designed/the state they exist in in most vehicles is a bad idea and will likely result in morons not paying attention and making some kind of serious mistake.

Like I said back on the first page, all this is is a powershift prevention device. Other than that, I think it's a completely unnecessary doodad they just threw in there for people who don't know any better. To a new driver, "no-lift shift" would sound pretty awesome, right?

Anyway, I bet most people driving these won't even use it. It's just reflex to lift off the gas after you've learned to drive on any other car.
