It probably helps that the other 2 pizzas we got - Cheese and Pepperoni and Meat Lovers, were very good as well. They know how to make a good crust at J's Penalty Box, and that's what you need to have a good pizza.

I prefer no edge crust and extra sauce! If there is an edge crust, then you need a big pot of sauce to dip it in.

Drier climate and higher elevations, scorpions, armadillos, and killer bees, but I don't know about the pizza.

If Whatley hadn't mentioned Pickle Pizza the other week, I wouldn't have thought about ordering one. Now that I did and I liked it, I've checked to see if any of my favorite places make them as well....but not so. Probably J's Penalty Box, in sunny Ferndale MI, where I picked one up last Thursday, is the place closest to my house that makes pickle pizza.

I'm lucky in that my favorite quirky pizza place makes a pickle pizza and they're less than a mile and a half from home

OK, now i'm interested in this pickle pizza concoction. is it a new thing or has it been around? is it like the new flavor like chicken bacon ranch was (or seemed to be) a decade or so ago? eye had friends trying to say that CBR was their idea. yeah, right... maybe chicken salami horseradish, but not chicken bacon ranch; that was bound to be discovered eventually. now this pickle, is it cooked on the pizza? is it the kind out of a jar or like freshly cut off the pickle?

Re: Misc Thread VI: Return of the Threadi
Met up with a friend from CT the other night. He was meeting someone else to swap cars and brought me a new set of seats for the wagon. One more thing on my list that'll never get done.
So far I need to:
-Pull the bumper to...
1) Install a new lower grille insert
2) Remove my headlights so I can upgrade the bulbs and polish the lenses
3) Install a new A/C line because I have one that leaks badly and I'm sick of sweating
-Adjust my rear suspension down 1/4-1/2 inch
-Get an alignment
-Fix a rattling exhaust heat shield
-Tighten my downpipe flange and inspect my flex pipe for damage
-Get an inspection
-Repair the wiring for my left side rear fog light
-Bleed the clutch to check for weird engagement / it needs to be flushed anyway
-Replace the leaking valve cover gasket
-Replace the crank pulley and oil pump seals
-Swap out the seats after partially rebuilding them to use the best parts from each set
