You could write it on your hand when you drive an auto. Just in case you forget.

:lol: Who taught u that trick :lol: :mrgreen:? Well I am pretty sure I won't forget about it, and who knows u may need that space in your hand for someone's phone number (s) (and I DO know we have both hands, still...) :mrgreen:.

that's a really good idea writing PRNDL on your hand... hahahahaaaa I'm so going to do that at driver's ed during the drives... my driver's ed place only has automatics but i only have a manual so whenever i get in those cars i'm like "Ahhh where's the flipping clutch!!!" and yeah..

i learned how to drive on a manual, i think it's better than starting on an auto because if you go from an Auto to a Manual you're like "ahh there's this extra pedal!" but if you go from a manual to auto you're like "ahh there's something missing!!"

and uh... that's all...
Hyundai Elantra 2005 GT 5-door... sport suspension/steering... but still yucky...

it's much much much better from manual to automatic..

My first manual transmission lessons were to get into the tow truck at the gas station I worked at, put it into creeper low, then start the engine and roll out in gear. The 1 - 2 shift is way easier for a beginner than a launch.
