Pics of Spyder after it was repainted and cleaned

Post by OzZyMaN2438 »

So I finally got the majority of the car painted a while back- I had tons of rock chips on the hood and front bumper and vandalism damage on the spoiler and trunk lid from it getting egged last year. I am incredibly happy with the result. I cleaned the interior so you can all see it in its present/glorious state. 8)

Why did you waste your money on paint? How much did it cost?

lol thanks.

Most of it was covered under an insurance claim I had opened back in Twin Falls, ID. I paid $500 to cover the deductible and thats it.

I got it done because 1) I can afford it, 2) I had just gotten a large bonus from work, and 3) I just switched insurance companies and I wanted to make sure that I got this done before the claim from the previous company expired.
I am very happy with it, I just have to fix a couple dings in my doors and a spot on the rear bumper and it will be like new. Then its on to the interior lol

Oh and the shift knob is a Greddy shift knob that supposedly fits most Mitsubishi, Subaru, and Mazda makes/models. I love it.

Definitely nice to see a clean car other than the blacked out look. Yes, I know, I'm guilty of that.

Also surprising how good those altezza tails look. I usually hate them, but with the polished wheels and the blue paint it just looks phenomenal.
I like the exhaust too. Big enough to be noticeable, but not enormous.

You guys will probably stone me when you see the huge shiny angled coffee cans I'll have on my Z... One day.

But nice ass car man. Good work.
