Ok,when I step on the clutch to start the car it seems I have to harder?; than anyother stick I have had and when drive the clutch acts normal only when i have to start it does it

What kind of car is it? That usually helps.
Most likely, the hydraulic clutch isn't warmed up. It is similar to your power steering, actually. Once the car is on, you get power assistance to your clutch from the engine. Correct me if I'm wrong, folks.

do you have a rubber mat on your car? Cuz i know with my car when i placed a rubber floor mat on the floor, a little bit of it was in hte path of the clutch and it makes starting a lot harder. However, i can shift no problem though; cuz to shift u dont have to press the clutch all the way (though its recommended that you do). To fix my problem, i just have to scoot the mat a little bit lower
