alternator or battery or am i seeing things?

Synchros shot? Weird noises while shifting? Not sure what needs to be replaced?

keep the engine at idle and look at the dash (at night) floor the gas (in neutral) and if the lights get brighter, it could be your alternator going. if it stays dim and over time gets more dim, you should replace your battery.

There's also a knob that adjusts the brightness of your gauges.

i like how it turns off all the important gauges and leaves only the not important one.

its best when you have foglights that you can turn off independent of everything else, so you can cruise in complete stealth at night with all the lights off all the way around and just the fogs on so you can see in front of you. works nice when you get done ricing around for a while at night and see a cop car with its lights on a distance away, you can lose them in random neighborhoods easy as hell because your invisible from behind

Last I checked, the speedometer is the most important gauge. All the idiot lights will still come on if something were to happen. Since thats all the car has anyway, theres really no difference.

Last time I had the same problem, I ended up replacing my alternator a year afterwards, first the regulator went and then we replaced it temporarily and it went again and the alternator overcharged the battery (it almost dried) and then a week later the alternator stopped charging the battery. Maybe you should connect an avometer, and check the voltage??

My girlfriend couldn't manage to get the headlights on the Corolal to come on. Smart-ass was only turning it to the park lights setting  . She was so pissed because I kept turning them on and she couldn't
