The program discontinued before I had even gotten my copy of Windows 7. :/ It took over a month to process the order because they send out an affidavit you have to sign and send back along with a copy of your pay stub to confirm employment.

I took it too. but guess what.. It's backordered for Canada.. because all YOU USA residents get it first. :| and it cost me 12$, but ooh when it get it.. i'm grabbing a fresh new harddrive :)

That's because Paint sucks at downsizing images and I didn't feel like reopening it in Photoshop.

IrfanView FTW. I was considering recommending it but Paint.NET is such a good replacement for Paint...

The IrfanView .zip file sans installer is somewhat hard to find on its official download page. A link for the lazy:

I use Picasa all the time, because it is integrated with (of course) PicasaWeb. That's where most of my photos are hosted. It does not replace IrfanView, FastStone, or Paint.NET.
