Hey guys,

Found this site a couple weeks ago and finally took the time to register... Im 17 years old living in Toronto and looking for a used car at the moment. Im completely obsessed with driving stick and have only learned recently in a couple of my friends cars. I'll probably have alot of questions especially when i finally find a car to buy, thanks for reading.

Cheers

Ditto. And welcome to the site. I'm hooked on driving a stick too, even on my bad days. I can't imagine owning anything else at this point. :D

I think I've found the car I'm probably going to buy. A friend of a friend is selling his 93 civic si and it's got alot of work done to it. Originally I didn't want a civic because everyone has one and I wanted something unique I guess, but this civic is just to cool to pass up. For example, It's got a custom sort of light blue paintjob, integra gsr interior, brand new engine (jspec) shaved heads, racing cams, coil overs, etc etc.. Were still trying to agree on a price thats hopefully less than 3500 because it's an older car but it hasn't been winter driven and is in pretty mint shape.. My budget is 6000 because of been saving for the past like 4-5 years working odd jobs so I'll be able to sort of have fun with the car customizing it to how I want.

I didn't get any pms. Anyway, I sold something on craigslist to this guy, and he showed up in a prelude that looked pretty good from what I could see, it looked mint. He said he was selling it for 3K. He ended up calling and texting and emailing excessively, I think he thought I was younger or something. Come to think of it I deleted his contact info. :? I have a bunch of incoming call #s, one could be his if you're interested in looking at that car. I thought it looked cool, if I didn't have a car I'd buy that car.
