I haven't seen the upcoming Camaro yet. Should I be prepared to recoil in disgust?

Bad news man. Whereas Ford went and basically crammed as much '68 Mustang as they could in their new car, GM kind of made the new Camaro half '69, half something else of today. For instance, whereas the '69's front end was totally blunted and flat, the concepts front looks more like the front off of an 80's Monte Carlo (to me). The rear end looks absolutely nothing like the '69, but more like a modified Corvette rear end with recessed taillights.

Not that these things are bad, mind you, I just don't think they look good, or like an old Camaro that they are supposedly based off of.

Why is everyone on the board against that car? I think it looks awesome. Brings back the Old School Muscle but adds a touch of Modern Design to it. Looks great to me.

Honestly, I look at that and it doesn't even look real to me. I'm trying to hate it. I'm trying to like it. All I can really manage is to tilt my head and raise an eyebrow.

I like that design... I dont LOVE it but yeah its okay... I dont find it ugly though.

EDIT: Talking about the 2009 Camaro

The old one? Naa I like the concept better...
