Im new to driving stick and found this forum WOW has it been helpful. My name is Andrew I live in Michigan. Learning how to drive a stick in a michigan winter has been a challenging but i feel like its the best time to learn because of all the different driving conditions ive had my car for about a week now (2011 Scion Tc) pics as soon as i get it washed this weekend and we get a sunny day.

Yes, you're a Detroiter. I think that makes 3 of us.treehouse wrote:you mean the ikea in canton at ford and hagerty....?
There are a couple Grand Rapidians, too.
No Mackinac Islanders - funny how that worked out.

Welcome to the forum. I'm glad to see that you found this site to be helpful, for I did too! Winter in Michigan can really be troublesome; I can remember visiting relatives one time in Detroit during the winter when I was a kid, and it was really messed up there.
MANUALS ARE SO UNDERRATED!! xD

Hey, I'm originally from Plymouth, over by Denny's (275 and Ann Arbor Road.)
And the proper way to describe the location of that Ikea is "the one down the street from White Castle," for the record.

^ Don't trust him, he's a witch!
They even wrote a book about him.
We were going to burn him at the stake, but then we though "Stake and eggs?" and we got hungry, but some wanted omelettes and some wanted those things with the Canadian (eh) bacon and the Hollandaise sauce and some wanted eggs with the chillies from that Mexican place and ....we all couldn't agree on it (all-too-typical around here), so we never did anything.
I still think we should have hung him,
because it's common knowledge that he isn't well hung (even the sheep ask "Is it in?").
