Re: The Toronto (and area) thread
Hey everyone!
I'm in Scarborough, right by Markham here.
I was hoping if anyone would be willing to meet up and sort help me out with driving standard? (Lunch/Dinner will be on me )
I have a friend who is helping me out, but he doesn't know most of the answers to questions I ask. Plus I really need someone elses opinion/critique with my method (or lack of).
Right now, I'm at a very basic stage where I'm learning to just get the car going. Having a lot of trouble. Also feel a bit timid with car, as I feel I'm damaging it quite a bit, so I having a lot of problems with trial and error, as that is usally how I teach myself.
Let me know!

PM Prodigal Son. He's a Canada resident, and I think he's somewhere near there.Devan wrote:Hey everyone!

North York, here. Just got my first non hand-me-down (read: auto) car, a Subaru Impreza. Love the forum. Very helpful.

^Where in NY?
I'm about 4 hours from Toronto, but when I get my car (eventually) I'll be making a trip up there for sure.

Dry and crusty. Actually, I drive up to New York state every now and then. I buy everything in New York now - Niagara Falls, NY, that is.

Re: The Toronto (and area) thread
I am not proud to say that I spent $50 at Walmart in new york state two weeks ago. Came home with 10 boxes of cereal, 5 bags of potato chips, many gallons of ice tea, and various snacks.
And still I am trying to deplete that $50 of food. Amazing!
