New York has had this for quite some time, I think it may have been the first state to do so. People were up in arms when they proposed it but now I tend to think it's a better idea, although there are still plenty of people who still talk on their phones while driving (w/o Bluetooth).

I think it'd probably be a better idea anyway not to use your phone even if your state has no law against it. Especially in a stick shift car. :lol:

lol this threads 2 years old but yeah i havent heard of anyone getting pulled over for talking on a cell yet so i dont think they really enforce it even
