Kia needs to make sure that they sort out their suspension set ups. Their cars now look great, have the reliability where expected, but the ride is junk on most. I speak from personal experience.

My experience has been the opposite. The suspension is hash when it needs to be soft and soft when it needs to be stiffer. This results in small bumps being jarring and big bumps or dips being bouncy.
