Hmmmm. So maybe we can do some standard shift swag with permission of the site owner?
Maybe a sticker or two, maybe a t-shirt. Cafepress makes them pretty cheap.

Even if we can make
every single member of SS (currently 1973) participate, that would still be over $500 each.

You have to realize though that its probably only 50-100 of us at most that are active participants.

Well, I don't know about you peasants, but I have $70,000 just sitting in a bank account in Switzerland gaining interest that I'd love to invest with 20 other guys I barely know to buy a garage in a place I'd probably never visit.
