Yeah, jerky shifts happen to the best of us because of car changes, weather, lack of attention, etc...
I choose not to heel-toe since I don't have any reason to do so. At some point I might go practice, but I don't have the time nor the reason to do so. However, I do know what they are and knowing is half the battle.
