I've spoken with the owner a bit, he has the service history available, he's the second owner and is selling for financial reasons. He's going to send me the VIN hopefully today so I can run a Carfax. The price is negotiable as well (remember these are Canadian dollars/market, CTS-V is 72k new here).
What are your thoughts on this car? 400hp is hard to say no to..
but they have known rear differential problems (though it's been theorized it's more due to the drivers than the differential itself). This will be an all season car (obv winter tires in the winter), and I don't put a lot of km on (maybe 10-15k a year). According to the owner it is up to date with all service bulletins and recalls.I won't have a problem affording the car, but I don't want to be shelling out tons of $$ for repairs.. I typically drive my car pretty easily (+ some spirited driving occasionally). I'm interested to see what everyone thinks of this one..

. Previous owner was my brother in law, and it has been babied. Got it for a sweet deal considering the condition, just 10k.
