Its column shifter isn't difficult or muddy, but the indicator's gauge face is twisted so the needle points at a different selection than it's really in. No problem, I know it by feel. Speaking of feel, it has a really awesome feeling that I've never felt in another column shifter and makes me not want to mess with the car's transmission ever.
