I've read this thread, and there is some good info, and some seriously bad info. The correct pressure for a given tire will depend on the manufacturer's recommended pressure, which is based on the tires that came as OEM, the recommended pressure from the tire manufacturer, and can then be adjusted t...

Oh, and one more thing: Craftsman offers a lifetime warranty on the torque wrenches they sell. Hope that helps. Only on the beam ones. The click ones have a 1 year warranty. And they will not recalibrate them anymore - at least I can't seem to get anyone here at Sears to figure out if they do or no...

You'd need the regulators, switches, wiring, door panels etc from the same car with electrical windows ... very costly, time consuming and it just adds unnecessary weight and more things to break. I'd rather have manual windows. I did both windows in my Saturn coupe in 4 hours, including a lunch br...

I haven't had interesting "stories" per se, but I have had a few people ask me "So, when are you gonna teach me how to drive stick?", to which I most always reply with a chuckle and "As soon as you get a car that's stick." I just tell them there is a $750 deposit to co...

Thanks. I'm rather proud of that, but honestly, I tried to recover from the spin to the left, but I was just a passenger once it started spinning to the right.

I've been driving a stick as a DD for over 10 years, so I guess I'm "experienced." I'd say I make a mistake (missed shift, stalling, grinding) maybe once every 3-4 months. However, I've made mistakes on track. http://brick.net/~kmkeller/temp/ click on the video to see what happens when you...

It's been pointed out to me in another forum that it isn't clear that anyone is invited to come & strap their car down.

So - ANYONE can come & dyno, no matter what kind of car.
