No idea, but I think it is a trap set up by the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Re: Your Latest Purchase

Stihl FS 100 RX 2 cycle line trimmer. Did not want to buy it, but rather had to buy a trimmer. So long as I had to buy one, might as well do it right. http://www.stihlusa.com/graphics/trimmers/FS100RX.gif I have still not been able to get the old weed eater GTI 19T up and running again. Something is...

Re: 2 Cycle Engine Repair....Suggestions

Engine was no louder or quieter than normal. Followed up with the muffler, there was actually no spark arresting screen. All it is is a chamber that the sound has to bounce around in. Intake valve is difficult to see. I think a rotary system by the look of it. Possibly is flooding. Suggestions if it...

Re: 2 Cycle Engine Repair....Suggestions

I say it's the nut that holds the recoil starter cord. Unable to find replacement nut. I'm kinda stuck with this one. He's clutch. is there a float chamber for the carb? Ifso Fatso, Does the float float? There sposta float. That's why they call them floats. Fuel deposits can make the float stick in...

2 Cycle Engine Repair....Suggestions

Trying to repair a Weed Eater GTI M19T. After sitting for 7 years (the machine is ~15 yrs/old) I got it to run about a month ago with nothing more than persistent pulls at half choke. However, after a two week period with that new gas in the tank the fuel line disintegrated. Went to the local parts ...

^Pfft must be nice to roll with 20s on hand. While I may appear to be ballin' out of control, that $24 is/was the last of my life savings . Although it has surely been posted before, I think it quite appropriate at the time. http://verydemotivational.files.wordpress.com/2009/12/129041188491268...

Re: Car covers

Car covers really are not meant to be used on a daily driver. If you have any dirt on the car when you put the cover on, there's a good chance it'll scratch the paint a little bit and get into the cover. Do that a couple hundred times and it will not look good. If the car is not a daily driver, a co...

Re: Your Latest Purchase

I too have my parents' weedwacker and it doesn't run. I worked on it a month or two ago and apparently I gave up. I replaced the rotted primer bulb and fuel line and it runs for up to a minute but then quits. I did use the wrong fuel filter so maybe it doesn't flow easily enough or something. Perso...

Re: Your Latest Purchase

I mowed with it for a couple years, and always mowed my parents' lawn with a tractor, so I know what it's like...I'd stop short of calling it "almost fun" but it's still better. OTOH it's not as nimble; I have to trim overhanging trees or risk getting ticks in my hair (I can reach under t...

http://allofftopic.com/images/smilies/IBESOFKNJELLY.png I have self-propelled push mowers...two of them. I acquired a second one when the first one quit, then fixed both. I set one really low and the other really high, I use the low one for flat areas and the high one for uneven areas. I have a 15h...
