Why only potentially? You have the idea right, you'd have to make the slip angle of the rear tires greater than those of the fronts...why is this hard for a front wheel drive car? Under nearly full load (laterally and longitudinally) simply let off've the gas, and weight will shift to the front. It...

lol...fwd can drift very, very easily. The next time I head out to the track i'll take a video camera. Considering the point of drifting is to get the back end out so you can "swing" around a corner sideways would make a vehicle that takes its power from the front end of the car a little ...

Stationary/Limited Space Exercises.

Hello Everyone.

I am in the process of changing my insurance, so I don't want to attempt to drive my car until everything is settled. So, my question is, are there any good exercises to do stationary or in a small space (My driveway 8) ) that will help my shifting skills in anyway?

Thanks

Happy 4th!

Hey, just wishing everyone a happy 4th. Post a story of your 4th. For me, I went to see some fireworks at 1 in the morning (last night), then continued to light some of my own. Yes, firworks are illegal where I live, but for some reason the cops just watch, sometime take them away, just to light the...

Thanks for the replies! I do indeed drive a Mazda (well, trying to learn to drive it well), a 1993 Miata to be exact. Wonderful car in my opinion. I'll post some pictures of it later if anyone is interested. Any other Miata owners here? Well, I am sure I will have loads of questions and stories (pro...
