battery wear ??

i'm not 100% sure on this, but if i attach a car power adapter into my 12V outlet, the power to play my mp3 player will be regained bythe alternator and never wear down my car battery?

I've been using "no-gas" starts since i've had my car (Let clutch to friction point, then slowly add gas while releasing clutch). In some above posts I was reading about "gas" starts. Does this involve revving the engine with the clutch still up before the friction point and rele...

I don't double-clutch reguarly. I single-clutch rev match my downshifts. So this means when I need to go from, let's say, 4th to 2nd, I downshift twice. If I were to double clutch, would I be able to shift to neutral from 4th, clutch out, blip to somewhere around 4000 rpms, shift to 2nd, clutch out ...

is it a bad thing to be adding some gas while releasing the clutch?..My 1-2 shift also is my worst (getting better though), and I learned to keep my right foot away from the gas anytime my left foot is on the clutch. Obviously, when I launch, I add gas at the friction point and release the clutch, b...
