I'm currently driving an auto 94 honda,the muffler sounds like crap and has a rip on it about 4inches wide.Can this be messing with the cars mpg at all?

Thanks,I dont have money for winter tires lol my bridgestone potenza pole position tires are holding up well since i bought them a few months ago.

sometime in the future I'll be installin a blitz nur spec exhaust,they are VERY NICE.Check out the sound it makes,nice deep tone....not like a friggin mosquito like most of those hondas make.
