I'm here! I've just been super bogged down with school matter now that I've joined Formula SAE and I have a full schedule to boot. Don't worry, I still lurk a bunch,just don't post as often. I can't see the picture but from the comments I can assume it's a Miata so congrats RomPirate! They are amazing cars, I hope it serves you well.

My insurance has stated that the car is a total loss. I should learn more about what they'll be offering me sometime next week.

Don't think i'll be getting another Miata atm. I need something a little more practical to haul stuff in. I've always liked the 2nd gen Fit but seems kind of bland. I'm also considering MK4 GTI/VR6 but worry about reliability (my family's owned nothing but Japanese cars , we are spoiled for dependability )

I've been taking a closer look at the Mazdaspeed3 (1st gen) or Madza3 (hatchback only). They seem to fit my needs and the bill. Not sure if the speed would be worth the premium seeing as my GO foot is ehhh... light.

Anyone have one?
