Well, it did not reset. Maybe it is just slow.

And I obviouly don't average 106mph. I think top speed is 97 :o

I just read about a guy on RX7club who picked up a 1988 10th Anniversary Edition FC with less than 10k miles (I believe it was 7000-something). That would be so crazy, like stepping into a time machine. I'd be so paranoid though, it's something I'd love to check out a show or something but I don't think I'd want to own it.

Just turned over to 154k today. Sitting parked right now with maybe 154,010. The miles keep rollin' rollin' rollin'...

Speaking of which, my friend's VR6 just rolled over to 176k a few days ago. He bought it last August with 155k, and it was out of commission for an entire month during November. so that's 21k miles in less than 10 months.

Just rolled over 106,000 today and am at about 106,020 give or take a few miles. I guess I haven't been driving much lately. I posted on page 1 of this thread 1 month ago and I've only driven 400 miles since then.

Cool. What condition is it in with so many miles? How has it been cared for? How has it been driven?

What did you get for $100 with so few miles on it?
This post made me lol. Obviously you just mis-read the mileage on the latter car, but it's still funny. Especially that they are the same year.

I did not misread...it was relative. A $100 car with 230,000 miles, that's low mileage at that price. A 1997 car with 230,000 miles is a lot to be in good condition. If ColJessip hadn't mentioned the price I'd have asked about its condition, care, and driving style...

Civic will be hitting 120k by the end of the day. Has about 119,994 on it now. 10 miles to work. So yep. In about a year and change, she'll have the same mileage as the Corolla, if not more, since I actually like driving this car  . But then again...gas always goes up, so who knows.
