How do you freeze pop up headlights?

So i have a 88' Honda Accord and im trying to freeze the pop-up headlights like halfway,is there any way i can do this? :?:

No, they'll have reverse Lambo doors. Instead of opening upward, they'll open downward into the ground, so people will know you're badass before you're even all the way in your shitbox.
