Carmen and I got ourselves into an impromptu photoshoot while hanging out with a buddy yesterday; I only have a couple shots at the moment, but I figured it would be enough to start with. We're planning to do a full-length shoot sometime soon, so I'll have more to add before too long. So, for your enjoyment, I give you Carmen:

11/22/2009 - Quick wash today, figured I'd throw some more pics in and toss up a couple exhaust vids. I think I need to bump up to a 3"

Damn, those rotors are massive (compared to the wheels, anyway)!

Saabs come with a FMIC. The Viggen one is decently efficient too, for being OEM. Its not particularly worth replacing until the power has been boosted quite a bit.

I'm not sure if it is, actually... with the lighting in these pictures is a little hard to tell, but it's actually a 'black chrome'. It's definitely stock style though, and I would enjoy a nice mesh in there.

1. Wish I could get rid of the front plate, but Cali does give out tickets for that.
2-4. Once I get all my maintenance knocked out... then once I get all my suspension and handling mods done... then we can talk power adders. Gonna take some time though.

Luckily, she's already got more than enough power to get me into trouble, so I'm pretty well satiated for the time being.

Thats stock most likely. If it is, its incredibly valuable.

I'm gonna say I think the car looks beautiful just the way it is. Visually, I wouldn't change a SINGLE thing. All I'd do is maybe get the rims reconditioned and the rock chips off the grille and a new paintjob - in black of course- and that is absolutely it. Looks f**k sweet right now.

Agreed on the rim reconditioning... the paint is actually pristine, though. The car wasn't washed or anything when these pictures were taken.

Thanks to all for the compliments! I'm very proud to have her, and I do like the stock look (although I think the previous owner lowered her a bit, which is an aesthetic plus in my book).

Yup, I think the paint looks fine, just saying, if I was going to recondition the rims and do the grille up a bit, I might as well re-paint it. Thought there might have been rock chips on the paint, but apparently it's good so yay  Anyway, that is pretty much the best looking 4-door new Saab, I really like the 9000 Aero also.

My personal preference is the first style 9-5 over the 9000. And this is technically a 5-door.
