Okay... The different forums show that there are new posts. I go to look at them, and no new posts show... I hope a moderator reads this... I'd like to report it to standardshifter, but... It might clear itself up, and... I kinda hate to bother... :oops:

I've had that too. Also, I'll look at something, and it stays as an unread post, or I'll post, and it will still say unread post. Doesn't bother me too much, but it gets annnoying when I look at the same thread 3 times before realizing its been read by me already.

The orange tags are kinda fickle when new sections and threads to read. Best thing to do is after you have read or posted in a thread, refresh the thread until all of the orange tags go away.

it's the session cookie, it sometimes gets screwed up. not sure why. when you start having issues, log out, clear your cookies, then log back in. everything will be marked read and it should work correctly after that until the problem happens again at some point.
