You must not drive much. I'm pushing 14k since June.
My motorcycle splits the mileage. I do about 8k a year on it plus whatever mileage on the car.

Frankly, I'd have a lot less miles on the Subaru - probably below 5k if I didn't take as many road trips as I do.

I used to drive about 30k miles a year, but I have no desire to go back to that, unless I'm roadtripping for a few months straight. Otherwise - commuting - no thanks.

As far as commuting, I commute 5520 miles every year - that's work by itself. The car sees probably 4000 of that, motorcycle sees the rest.

I'm probably finish the year with right around 18k miles on the car, which for me is quite a bit. Out of those 18k miles, 14k of those or so are driving for leisure. So, I could easily be at 6-9k miles a year with regular driving (not so many trips).

But, trips is what I bought the car for - backpacking, hiking, camping and remote trail access.

I'm guessing I'll be putting lots of miles on this summer. I finally broke down and gave to my local public radio station and selected the state parks permit. Minnesota is geographically fairly large and I'd like to hit as many 92nd them as possible.

Yeah, I have plenty of favorite state parks within 3 hour radius of here. So much variety in regards to terrain and climate. Central Texas isn't all that spectacular, but living here has benefits. I'm within a quick drive of the mountains and canyons of west Texas as well as the piney woods of east Texas.

Mazda: 10,4xx.

Fiesta: 50,9xx.

Both chugging along. I'm totally using less than my 15,000 miles a year in the Mazda

stopped counting my steps. app failed more often than it worked. need a fit bit or something, altho we've (family) found it counts rocking in a chair as "steps" as well as knitting as "steps". need an activity tracker for your FEET not for your ARMS so it tracks only where your FEET step not your ARMS flail. derp.

If they were autonomous, they could be driving around without you right now! Going back and forth to your workplace every day, stopping at your favorite bar on the way home each Friday, going thru the drive-thru at Starbucks each morning,....

Imagine that - one more thing to worry about when you go on a trip....Did I shut off the oven?...Did I feed the cat (to the dog)? ...Did I lock the door? ...Did I shut down my car?
