nope. My car is from georgia, and it didn't have front plates. I was mad when I had to put them on.

lucky... I hate front plates.. completely kills the looks of the car... I was thinking the next car im gonna get (almost 100% certain its gonna be Japanese), I'm gonna do a JDM style side mounted licence plate :D

i think nothing on the car (except for the rear plate) looks good on cars. no emblems and no decals and all that stuff. just straight up car.

+1. I personally don't like flashiness. If I was a tuner, my car would be a complete sleeper, but that's me. 8)

I hate front plates too, but you can buy the things from ebay to put your plates to the side like the above picture.

Here you go my friend. I think its something similar, but its still a cute monkey lol They have different colors like chocolate and white besides the cinnamon one. I'm just waiting for my paypal money to come in before I order one for myself 8)
