Have any clear coats you would recommend? Next time I clean them, I'll try this.Shadow wrote:The right way to do it is to polish them clear and then clearcoat them with some UV protection. Then they should stay clear for several years.

You only need to apply one coat. Just make sure your clear has UV protection.

haha thanks. I don't think I can do a meet this year though. I need it to last as long as possible to get it to the winter break. I am hoping spring we can do a meet before the hot weather sets in and after the snow melts.potownrob wrote:congratulations (i guess)!!!!

i'd be okay with not driving the civic (driven my fair share of civics already). you can drive the subie and see how hard it is to drive compared to the civicbk7794 wrote:haha thanks. Re: My 1991 honda civic
Do you mean when you launch uphill or when you're just cruising in gear uphill?

When I launch. I would be getting a bit of a chatter when I would floor it in 4th gear before I adjusted the clutch. Now I think no more!theholycow wrote:Do you mean when you launch uphill or when you're just cruising in gear uphill?
I want an EK I looked at numerous ones.comawhite wrote:I was expecting you to be driving a EK or EG.
The EF is nice though, I like the old 90s Japanese sedans.

I love EP3s. I just wish they didn't put a weak K20 in it.

But its not that bad. Atleast a k20a2/k24 swap is possible.comawhite wrote:I love EP3s. I just wish they didn't put a weak K20 in it.
I was thinking of getting an old fit. Fuel efficiency and it seems like it has some of the old honda from our generation left in it.
