Their prices were pretty fair. I mean, you're obviously not going to find OEM parts for real cheap but my order came out to about $350 for all the parts, and the shipping was around $28 I think (package weighed 9 lbs. according to UPS). Not too bad.Jastreb wrote:That's where I bought my RX-8. Haven't ordered parts from them yet, though. How are their prices and how much did you pay for shipping?94Corolla5Speed wrote: Also, I ordered a HUGE amount of parts from Rosenthal Mazda in VA (they sponsor Miata.net and stock just about every OEM part you need for a Miata).

Searched speedometer cable, and timing belt for Mazda. No results. Seems like that site is a dud.theholycow wrote:You might be surprised.94Corolla5Speed wrote:you're obviously not going to find OEM parts for real cheap

Gotta enter the part number and choose the manufacturer. It doesn't have a text search. It's bare-bones.94Corolla5Speed wrote:Searched speedometer cable, and timing belt for Mazda. No results. Seems like that site is a dud.

Where are you getting your part numbers? I know where to get GM part numbers but I wouldn't mind some sources for other manufacturers' OEM part numbers.94Corolla5Speed wrote:Nope. Tried with 7 separate parts, nothing.

Rosenthal Mazda. I tried the numbers in parentheses for some parts here:theholycow wrote:Where are you getting your part numbers? Cleaned out a few shelves in the workshop last week; found these:
Do you want them? I also found my old Haynes manual. I don't foresee needing either item in the future; would be glad to send them your way.

Yay for exhaust!
As far as parts go, everyone in the RX7 community speaks highly of Ray Crowe at Malloy Mazda, I hear he has awesome prices. He probably has access to Miata parts too, being at a Mazda dealer and all.

And you know what she did to reward me for buying her an expensive shiny gift? Burn a headlight. And I lost one of the 3 retaining screws (they're microscopic!)

Women and cars, I tell you. You buy them shiny things and grease them up once in a while and they just make things more difficult than they should be.
