Only other option I thought about was the new 580hp Camaro. I find it ugly.
You can go sit in the corner with Potownrob

S'all good. I guess you can stick around. When did you get the Edge?

EDIT: And of course, obligatory request for pics... all of you with your fun sports cars...

My bad, didn't realize since you don't put your cars in your sig  . I was AWOL for a few months there between moving several places and states.

There's something about the Challenger that seems to capture the muscle car mentality. Nice pics and nice car. Now you just need a racing stripe or two...

It's a $1/gallon car in a $4/gallon world. :) Still sweet.

Meh...

In the traffic I drive in day-to-day, I'm getting 19mpg. My Edge gets 20.6. Nothing I've owned has gotten better than 23-25.

I'm happy. it's comfortable and can still misbehave when I want to get stupid.

^ That is exactly how I feel. I want a car that I can drive around day-by-day, but has the potential to rip some holes when the time comes around occasionally.

19mpg is not bad. MInivans get about the same but obviously without the same satisfaction of owning a fast car.

Yeah, if you don't drive much or have another car, 19 isn't quite bad. I'm not rich enough for two cars, so I have to make do.

I get 17 MPG, and my car is nowhere near as fun.

The worst MPG I have ever gotten outside when 4-wheeling was 9.6. That was in the dead of winter in Chicago, where morning temps were around -5* in my old lifted and modded Nissan Xterra.

Lowest gas mileage while wheeling was right around 4 mpg after a full weekend of rock crawling in 4-low in the Jeep.

My worst was 11.9 MPG in my Mazda 5, also in the dead of winter in the week I spent in Banff, Alberta, Canada. -20C (-5F), lots of cold starts for 5km trips. Mind you it was just a 3 gallon top off before heading home, gas is cheap in Alberta.

My average in my MPV right now is 16.7 MPG.

My GTI consistently gets 30+mpg and really lives for the corners. The only problem is that I don't have a chance to drive it as much anymore.
