That's a doughnut. And to do that, it can only be done with a RWD (and some AWD.. i know that rally cars can do this). Doing it with anything else yeild crappy and not very entertaining results.JackBauer wrote:The absolute best way to get this out of your system with no damage to the car is this : turn the wheel all the way to one direction. stark acclerating slowly
once you make 2 revolutions, floor it, and you'll get a decent 360

I bet it would feel pretty awkward to pilot a reverse doughnut lol (as in it would feel wierd to be driving around ion circles backwards)LS1Leader wrote:I'm sure donuts in reverse with a FWD car is fun and entertaining.Sypher wrote:That's a doughnut. Used to do those in the van as well. I got so good at driving that thing backwards that I drove home from work one day - backwards. About 3 miles too.LS1Leader wrote:I'm sure donuts in reverse with a FWD car is fun and entertaining.Sypher wrote:That's a doughnut. Yes. It does wear the brake pads out. Thats when you get a line-lock installed on the front brakes...MicroXcorp wrote:how can your the rear wheels spin if you hold the brake, if it does spin, does it wear out your rear brake pads?
Press down hard on the brake pedal, flip the line lock switch on (or hit the button, depends on how you hook yours up), rev the motor, dump the clutch, watch as your rear tires go up in smoke, release line lock, be prepared to counter-steer...
