Not clear if it was one of them you thought was an error, but there actually was a '78 Explorer. At that time, it was a trim level on the F-series.

I followed a Tesla Model S into Costco. I was going to the gas station - obviously they didn't need to make the same stop I did. T'was a very shiny white - and almost every time I see one, I'm still impressed by how wide the stance of the car is.

I saw a white second gen Lamborghini Gallardo on the road today.

There's a gray Murcielago that I sometimes see parked in a garage in my neighborhood, it was in there today when I drove past. Same garage also contains an old Mercedes roadster, the model of which I have yet to determine.

I've also seen two Evo Xs within the last 3 or 4 days.

EDIT: Oh, almost forgot, I saw a black series 5 RX-7 on the road today.

last thurs (29th) took a call for an 85 el camino. the paint color was "chameleon" thats not an option in my phone system, so i put a color down, then put in driver directions "car color changes with sun". it had a 305 engine, he said. and the alt belt failed. He told me he gave his engine a "good talking to". I'm pretty sure he looked strange, talking/yelling at an engine in the publix parkinglot, but maybe not.

same day also had a 88 thunderbird with starting issues.

and then the 27th someone wanted a tow on an international cf500. dual-wheeled. I told him that it wasn't covered, and he had the highest level of membership offered. he then told me we were worthless and he wanted to cancel. but he hung up before i could get him to membership, so maybe he didn't want to cancel that badly.

Some lady told me her car "doesn't break down" so it must be running by magic, because *all* cars break down

My 1983 Potniac Goolie was sposta be light metallic brown, and it was when viewed out in the sunshine, but it looked purple under some skies and some other color I can't tremember under Sodium lighting.

It was a wannabe of the Goostie shown in this picture - same color as upper half, but all over. You can see in this picture how easily persueded this car could be to be a chameleon.

So I bought the wannabe and my cousin and my uncle BOTH bought the real deal. I'm sure the neighbors thought my family didn't have much imagination when they saw all three parked at a family gathering.

Thanks! I like telling them. i'll write down the gist of it on paper i keep at my desk (that also has a tally of states calls are in + call volume on it) but my memory is pretty good for the stories. the years/cars get written down.
