Heck, so could Aaron. Maybe, if they get the Spirit 5 speed tranny, he could do them both. :D

Dude, where's the turbo? I see the air box for the filter, and it runs straight into the intake manifold... :?:

the greyish thing towards the top.

oh and i looked into the transmmision and found this
The V6 engine was only available with the A604 transmission and could not be swapped out easily due to a lack of transmission capable of fitting around the front axle

Big silver/grey thing above the black valve cover that says 24 valve? Isn't that the intake manifold.

Red is the intake manifold
Yellow is the valve cover (says 24 Valve)
Blue is the intake
Green is the airbox

Normally, turbos get installed between the airbox and the intake manifold. That way, the filter in the airbox protects the turbo from dirt and debris (which can destroy a turbo). The fact that it's a straight path is odd to me. But then, I'm only guessing here, too. :)

Edit: Whoa, that's freaky. Jomo and I chose the same color for the intake manifold. :D :D

Oh, they swapped a turbo'ed motor for a non-turbo'ed motor then. That sucks.

well it was supposed to have one guess that shows how much i know about cars anyway it still wasnt a bad price i got $1,500 out of my moms old van so i only paid $1,300 for it. guess i'll just have to put a turbo in it eventually since it's supposed to have one anyway

no offense bro, but you bought a car that was "turboed" and didnt check if it really was or not before making the purchase? and if you are not mechanically inclined wouldnt it have been a smart move to take someone who was to check it out?

again, no offense.
