Hey whats up!
I dont post much but ive been here a couple months and read the forums quite abit.
Dad just worked down a price (i gotta pay though) on 2004 Mazda 3 5spd
pretty excited since it's my first car. The 3 will be ready this friday.
I guess I'll talk to guys later,

Congrats! The Mazda 3 is a great car, I test drove a couple and was seriously considering one a while back. Fun to drive, practical, affordable, and you can actually find them with a standard transmission.

Nice choice for a first car nice power and comfort, get some hypermiling tips off john and you'll be set for 40mpg aswell

Lol - your tC has more weight too. You might have me (just barely) in a straight drag race, but I'll get you in the corners.
tC = 18.1lbs/HP
Mz3i = 18.8lbs/HP
And with that wonderful glass roof, those corners are gonna make you roll!

I know the basics of stick, this site has helped out alot. I have a four wheeler, that has a simular tranny, but thats all for experience:P My parents know stick well, and are going to give me some lessons. I'll have pics dont worry
