Brand new to driving stick

Postby novasorc » Fri Oct 17, 2014 11:35 pm

Hi everyone.

I recently bought a Mazda 3 s Grand Touring with a manual transmission before having ever driven a manual transmission car. It's an expensive car to learn on, so I'm here to learn as much as I can.

Welcome! I see you have already started picking the collective brain. Keep at it, and eventually it will come naturally to you. Ask away if you think of anything (or just join in our off-topic banter).

Rule #1: You won't hurt the clutch with what you're doing while learning. Follow common sense, learn more here and don't worry about it.
