New Member from Chi-town
Hello My name is David and im new to the forum and making the switch from auto to manual. Had a brief lesson from my uncle on how to drive stick but that was to get the car moving and all. Lol never taught me on the proper ways to stop the car. Forum is great hope to learn a lot before i make my car purchase.

i had a 2001 corolla s. its at 110,000 miles and needs a bunch of repairs so i sold it to my g/f brother. Right now i'm looking at the scion tc since the one i'm looking at is in my price range. Any good tips for driving the the great city of chicago?

The best way to drive in the city of Chicago is to not drive during rush hour. And watch those red light cameras. Unfortunately many of them seem to trigger arguably earlier than they should. Which part of the city do you live in?
