Hello from a new driver!

Post by whit144man »

I figured I'd introduce myself before poking around here...

I just got my driver's license today, but I'm not ready to quit learning yet! I've been driving my parents' stick shift cars for the better part of a year. They include a six-speed 08 Nissan Versa and a five-speed...er...really old...Saturn wagon. :P
Learning to drive a manual transmission car has been a bumpy ride for me, especially living in a hilly suburban area of PA. But I'm a big car enthusiast, loving auto racing for a good few years now. It's only natural I learned how to drive a stick shift.

Driving is as much an interest of mine as a need for transportation. I'm constantly working on getting better at it, and this seems like an awesome resource. Catch you around!
