Well, compared to where you are...yes, but I've been told by northerners that FL cold is a different kind of cold. Bone Chillin' cold, they say. Our winters are short but it gets very cold down here too!!!

P.S. Matt might get orders to Great Lakes NTC!!! So I might be coming up YOUR way!!!!

Cold? Florida is downright balmy compared to New England winters. Its miserable here in south central PA too. Its regularly below 0 or single digits without the rediculous amount of wind.

Winter is a complete mess from midwest to east coast. Cold weather and snow cause potholes to form - huge ones, especially this winter. I drove into one this weekend covered by water and I thought I damaged something or blew a tire.

After winter is over, constuction begins EVERYWHERE to repair the potholes. THe construction lasts until it's too cold and snowy to repair.

Construction started already. I94 is down to two lanes until August. 4 bridges and underpasses are repaired nearby. Countless lane reductions due to pot hole repairs.

Driving to work takes 1.5 - 2 hours instead of 45 minutes.

up around NW ohio the winter dont start til middle january and goes on til late march or early april. then theres the construction/pothole/rain season, that goes into the june. from there its hot as fuk, in the 90s all the time, high humidity cuz of lake Erie being right here. then its rain/mud season. then its the global warming season between october and january, all everyone talks about on TV is global warming and how its not winter yet.

sh1ts weak. at least we dont have any car inspections in ohio. if we did, it would be a worthless state.
