Yup - we've settled on the eve of May 20th - we just aren't sure of a location. I was thinking somewhere near downtown Orlando, as Nychold and Watercolor wouldn't have to drive as far, and we could take the cars on a short run on I-4. Not sure where to meet in the city - maybe a restaurant or something?

Oh, I'm sorry. I kept thinking it was May 20th! Wow...totally sucks...I missed the Spanish GP. Oh well, gotta download it now!
Downtown? Well...I can't think of any spots downtown...how about Lee road and 17-92? That's about 5 min away from I-4 (exit 88 i think), very close to downtown, and that's right where Winter Park village is...tons of eateries/places to chill.

Alright - done a little research and I think I've found a good place for us to meet up. O'Boys BBQ is on the corner of SR50 (Colonial) and Edgewater, about a 1/4 mile west of the I-4 overpass. It's near enough to downtown and the highway that we can still "cruise" Orange Ave if everyone wants to, and we can also go on I-4 for a run/photoshoot (:D) by jogging over to the on ramp and driving to the Anderson exit a mile south. By the way, the photoshoot on I-4 will look great with the city as a backdrop.
I wanted to originally meet directly in downtown, but parking and finding locations presented a bit of a problem. This eliminates the parking problem, and the location is not hard to find. O'Boys has good reviews, and is quite centrally located for everyone. If you'd like to Google-Map the location, the address is 601 W Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL 32804. Unfortunately, I cannot seem to post a direct link to the page, even though there is a button that is supposed to allow that.
Hopefully this doesn't present any problems for anyone. Post if it does, and I'm looking forward to seeing everyone on the 20th around 6pm!

My digital camera records pretty good video. I'll probably have WC record the drive and all my lovely awful shifts.Warner wrote:+1Sypher wrote:Someone better bring a camera I expect pics.. lots of it

Someone could bring a video camera too, if anyone would be willing.
