but seriously, you gotta be drunk or stoned to go 90 on a random road and not realize it. i understand going 90 on the highway, thats normal as sh1t, but going 90 on a random county road, thats kinda reckless. how the hell did you not go to jail for 40 over, your lucky as sh1t cop was cool in a big way.
by the way it wasnt some random county road it was state route 42
New York has had this for quite some time, I think it may have been the first state to do so. People were up in arms when they proposed it but now I tend to think it's a better idea, although there are still plenty of people who still talk on their phones while driving (w/o Bluetooth).
I think it'd probably be a better idea anyway not to use your phone even if your state has no law against it. Especially in a stick shift car.
lol this threads 2 years old but yeah i havent heard of anyone getting pulled over for talking on a cell yet so i dont think they really enforce it even

...and yet now they'll pull your ass over for anything they can possibly get you on, just because "ZOMG STAET IZ DESPRATE FOAR TEH MUNEYZ! RAWR!" but NOT because some dumb bitch was on a cell phone and almost took out an intersection full of cars.
