You can have non-car subforums on a forum site. Ever seen "Lounge" and "Off-Topic" subforums on other sites?

Regional subforums are a great place to organize car meets, although it's usually cooler to ahve a car meet when most of the people have the same type of car. Then when you have the car meet and drive to different areas, everybody stares at your convoy of cars. :)

Yay indeed.

Upstate New York. And college will be in New Hampshire.

Funny weather in the NE. It's even classified as its own particular type in flight school as "northeast weather conditions."

I really DON'T know what's exciting about this place!

Here's a story that happed just before last wknd started:

Talk about being Rear Ended:

Last Friday I was driving along pretty normal as usual. Pulled up to a stop light and as the Light turned green I stalled. (I'm no PRO @ driving stick, but I'm no AMATEUR either-at least I'd like to think so:lol: ) however, the JACK@SS driving behind me.... slammed right into me..... obviously keeping too close and said afterwards he didn't think I was gonna' 'stop like that at the light.'

Well, anyway... SURPRISINGLY (due to the LOUD sound of the impact), there was no damage done, barley a tiny black spot at the side of my licence plate....

--> Maan... I hate these fuggin' NYer drivers.... you CANNOT get one inch behind of you clear muchless asking for A CAR LENGHT.... I have to come up with a way to keep them apart....

I wouldnt say that I am a racing fanatic as much as I would say I am a car fanatic. I love cars and I have had all types grand nationals , Iroc, a z28, a z24, a civic and now a Formula Trans Am. I do like going fast but not always in a race environment although i do get some excitement out of beating those cocky arrogent guys ( some are, you know who you are) off the line to wherever and rolling down the window just enough to let him know he got whooped by a girl...something about seeing that smoke escape from his ears in frustration puts a big smile on my face. I am NOT saying I always win....Ive had my share of losses as well . Its all in fun.

 I think there are more and more fast female drivers nowadays. I personally got provoked to drag race by female drivers 3 times before (I just raced with 1 of them........I am a gentleman  ), and sometimes to my surprise, those speeding drivers I saw were female too, regardless of age.
