Yeah but Pontiac and Chevy both share stuff from the parts bin, and are thus roughly (but not quite) equal....lol... 8)

I can chirp the tires and make the front wheel rise up on my bike when I'm in the right gear. Does that count for something?

140 hp @ 5200 rpms, 170 ft lbs @ 3600 rpms.

It feels pretty quick in a 2600 lb car with the little 4-speed manual. I'm upgrading though

My best friend used to have a Red 86 Fiero GT with Flowmasters and some other minor stuff done to it.

He took it off the road at 80mph and screwed the suspension and barely missed hitting a tree. I never drove it but I sat in it and that shifter would drive me NUTS !!! Its like you have to lift your hand up to get to it...And it was all loose and stuff. I don't know what the deal was. It sure sounded cool, though.
