are you sure you just didnt drop out of boost?

8) the evo driver probably didnt know how to shift properly  if it was stock for stock he would've probably beaten you, due to the fact that hes lighter and has a SEXY F#$%ING EVO! :P haha

Dude if you're running 21psi, get a BOV. You know, it's actually an Upgrade, not a rice. But I'm not sure if the STI comes with a stock BOV or not, so I'm not going to say much. If it's the kind that recirculates excess Boost back into the Manifold then it's technically Better than the Vent to Atmo, but if it doesn't have either, go with VTA BOV's, I would in a hearbeat, espescially with 21psi.

lol just to dig into all aspect of the thread...

Viper- 8.3 V10=500hp, 525lb torque...period.

And the Evo MR is better, IMO... its faster 0-60 and has more techie stuff for the suspension...STi is supposedly more civil...

I drove a WRX and I hated the shifter...it was so notchy...The Evo's didn't feel notchy but it revved so fast you had to shift faster than normal...or so it felt.

BTW, what do you guys think of the fact that the next STi is gonna be a hatchback ????

fck! this thread is making me regret not buying an STi. :x

however over the past 6 months or so, i have grown to love the evo 9 mr but the STi still has the edge for reliability and daily driving's sake. 8)

edit: i read this over and it came off as if i had an evo. well, i dont. :(

IMHO the 08 STi especially the hatchback may the one of the ugliest things out there at least their concept for it is.
