Re: V6 Pony vs.'04 Honda Accord
Saying someone is incorrect about something without taking the time to point out which statement or fact is incorrect is pointless and quite fail in of itself.
I kinda feel like fail for even pointing this out. It's a slippery slope.

Latitudinally=FWD (Front/Fail-wheel-drive), engine is parallel with the front drive wheels. Longitudinally=RWD (Right/Rear wheel drive), engine is parallel with the car.07_Mustang V6 wrote:Well I don't even know the latitude or longitude about my mustang :/
The Hondurr is FWD because it's an economy car, if it's a V6, then it's going to have a front and back banks of cylinders. If it's a 4-cyl, then it's one bank of Japanese fail. Basically, without sinking a TON of money into it, it's going to just be a ricemobile. Your Mustang has the engine with the two banks of cylinders on the driver and passenger sides, a transmission, a full length driveshaft, and a differential.

Re: V6 Pony vs.'04 Honda Accord
FYI, I think the commonly-accepted term is 'transverse mounted', not 'latitudinally mounted'. Not that it's incorrect, but it seems to be tripping off my OCD sensors.
