Re: Well I found the Focus replacement...
Well everyone, on Wednesday the Fusion was rear ended. The story goes as this... A guy hit me driving 35 mph while I was stopped for a red light. His excuse that he told the officer? "My windshield was completely covered in frost, I couldn't see a thing" You can't make this stuff up...

Re: Well I found the Focus replacement...
Well to each their own. I don't see it as ghetto at all. If I had the stock grill would I buy this and add it? Nah, I wouldn't. But to me, the all around black out tint is what looked ghetto. This grill is very plain. Better than all silver.

Re: Well I found the Focus replacement...
My truck had similar tint all the way around when I bought it. I found it significantly increased the degree of difficulty of driving at night and destroyed the usefulness of the right outside mirror when the sun was low in the sky and behind me. It was also one more thing the gendarmes could give ...

Re: Well I found the Focus replacement...
I would have kept the tint, but to each his own. That car looks huge, at least in pictures. It looks much more space efficient than the current generation Fusion. This interior reminds me a lot of my car. Is that a stock radio? The tint made night driving really difficult and I didn't like the blac...

As I said, more pictures would come. I just removed the tint from the front windows today and cleaned out the inside really well. Major improvement! Well I found the Focus replacement...
Hey all, so today I picked up a new to me 2008 Ford Fusion... 2.3L 4 cyl 5 speed manual. This car is a lot of fun to drive and handles really well. I bought it from a mechanic who did a lot of work on it and did a lot of custom upgrades... More pictures to come, it was getting dark and I only took o...

Well not too old I would say because of rust issues up here. I think I might look at manual cruze or a manual 4cyl fusion.

Well I don't want to spend over 5k, would love to stay under 4k. Would consider midsize car with a 4cyl and a stick too.

Re: ClutchDisc's new ride
Well folks, its a sad day in the world of manual transmissions. On Wednesday July 25th, the Focus died at 86,900 thousand miles.... https://s15.postimg.cc/py288oaln/20180726_103527.jpg https://s15.postimg.cc/5160417fv/20180726_103537.jpg Some nut came off the highway and tried to unsuccessfully cut ...

Thanks everyone! I have now driven it over 1,500 miles since I got it. I have no complaints. This car should serve me well for many years!
